Unpack your reader insert and grab your goggle. 

First, Hold your goggle with your left hand with the foam padding facing you.

Next, Hold the Reader Insert with your right hand with the nasal prongs protruding away from your body. 

Start by pushing the outer left prong of the insert inside the left side of the goggle in between the lens and foam. NOTE* The insert material is very pliable meaning it can bend without breaking. Don't be afraid to bend the insert to position it inside the goggle.

The nasal prongs of the insert should fit in the grooves of the goggle in between the foam and the lens.

Then, the right prong of the insert should be able to slip into the goggle similar to how the other side was pushed into place. You can bend the top of the insert prong down to fold underneath the foam of the goggle. Your insert should fit in place.

The only adjustment that may be beneficial is to push the nose arch of the insert down to position the readers as low as possible in the goggle.
