Shipping

All Goggle Gear orders include free domestic ground shipping via USPS, which takes approximately 2-7 days depending on your location.

Overnight shipping is available for $30 and is one business day to most locations. Please keep in mind that overnight shipping to rural addresses (including many awesome snow resorts!) is typically two business days. Overnight shipping is not available to PO Box, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses. All APO, FPO, and DPO United States military addresses are shipped via USPS.

We do ship Internationally! Orders are shipped via USPS and can take up to two weeks for delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

When you shop with Goggle Gear, we want to make sure you are well taken care of. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you experience any issues.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with its original packaging.

To start a return, please email us at Returns@gogglegear.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return number as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once you receive the return instructions, it is dependent on you to mail your product back to the address provided.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for items that are not in resellable condition. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
If you think you received the wrong magnification power, please reach out via email at Exchanges@gogglegear.com. We want to make sure you received the best option for your vision needs!

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Does the Insert fit my Goggle?

Fits all Snow Goggles- Goggle Gear Reader insert is a small, lightweight accessory that attaches inside of your ski goggles and allows you to read lift tickets, maps, and other small text while on the slopes. Unlike other reading glasses on the market, goggle readers are designed to go inside your goggle, and help you see up close without having to carry around a pair of glasses. Mount them inside of your goggles and forget that they are even there. The insert is a universal fit that works with every goggle on the market, including popular brands like Oakley, Smith, Anon, Giro, Spy, Zeal, Dragon, Scott, POC, Julbo, Rudy Project, Glade, Native, Revo, Von Zipper, Electric, and Blenders. What we are trying to say is, whatever goggle you own our insert will fit. Whether you're an experienced skier or just getting started, a goggle reader can help you make the most of your time on the mountain.

How do I mount my Insert into Goggle?

Follow these step by step instructions on how to mount the insert into your goggle:

Unpack your reader insert and grab your goggle. 

First, Hold your goggle with your left hand with the foam padding facing you.

Next, Hold the Reader Insert with your right hand with the nasal prongs protruding away from your body. 

Start by pushing the outer left prong of the insert inside the left side of the goggle in between the lens and foam. NOTE* The insert material is very pliable meaning it can bend without breaking. Don't be afraid to bend the insert to position it inside the goggle.

The nasal prongs of the insert should fit in the grooves of the goggle in between the foam and the lens.

Then, the right prong of the insert should be able to slip into the goggle similar to how the other side was pushed into place. You can bend the top of the insert prong down to fold underneath the foam of the goggle. 

Your insert should fit in place. The only adjustment that may be beneficial is to push the nose arch of the insert down to position the readers as low as possible in the goggle.

What forms of Payment are accepted?

Goggle Gear accepts all major credit cards. We also offer the following options: Shop Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Venmo. Let us know if there is another form of payment we should take.

Can I use my FSA/HSA Funds?

Yes! Readers are considered medical devices and eligible expenses for FSA and HSA spending. At Goggle Gear, we accept FSA/HSA cards that have the Visa or Mastercard logo. We are also happy to provide you with an itemized invoice for reimbursement. If your FSA/HSA provider requests additional information on your itemized invoice, please Chat with us and we can help!
